Role Overview
As an Executive Customer Relations Business Analyst, you'll be responsible for analyzing customer cases, identifying areas for process improvement, and developing data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions. You'll work closely with our ECR leadership team to develop and implement recommendations, leveraging your analytical skills and business acumen to drive meaningful change. If you're a detail-oriented, results-driven professional with a passion for customer-centricity, this role is an ideal fit for you.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze customer cases to identify areas for process improvement and develop data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions
- Conduct research and interpret results, translating findings into easy-to-understand reports or presentations for leadership
- Provide the leadership team with process or improvement strategies, leveraging your analytical skills and business acumen
- Work closely with the ECR leadership team to develop and implement recommendations, driving meaningful change and process improvements
- Review customer cases, interpret the life cycle, and provide root cause analysis, making recommendations on improvements
- Analyze data for trends and patterns, developing actionable recommendations and reporting that are shared with key stakeholders
Minimum Requirements
* High School or GED
- 1-2 years of contact center experience
- 2-3 years of customer service experience
- 1-2 years of experience in data analytics, performance reporting
Preferred Qualifications
* Demonstrated experience in data validation
- Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools
- Demonstrated ability to create analytic designs and perform quantitative analysis
- Experience in analytics implementation
- Proven skill level in Excel, including pivot tables, power pivot, V-lookup, and dynamic charts
- Proven skill level in PowerPoint
