Key Responsibilities and Job Elements

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, or chat, resolving issues and exceeding customer expectations

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to develop plans and meet business objectives
  • Support, mentor, and motivate hourly workforce to maintain high levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance
  • Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with variable noise levels and temperatures
  • Continuously climb and descend stairs (applies to sites with stairs)
  • Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
  • Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
  • Ability to stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environment

  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Experience working with diverse customer populations
