Key Responsibilities

As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering exceptional customer experiences through personalized interactions, product recommendations, and effective communication
  • Meeting with customers daily to understand their needs, preferences, and concerns
  • Tracking and processing new orders, account upgrades, and escalating customer complaints to the appropriate department
  • Maintaining a broad working knowledge of all products, services, and promotions available to our customers
  • Participating in daily training sessions, virtual networking opportunities, and conference calls to review and discuss customer satisfaction targets, areas for improvement, and streamlining technical support
  • Assisting in onboarding, training, and mentoring new employees contingent on the success and reputation you build within our firm and amongst our clients and customers
  • Performing other duties as assigned by Senior Management

Essential Qualifications

To be successful as an Entry Level Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of sustainable beverage options and industry trends
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
