Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

* Utilize quantitative analysis and data visualization to uncover insights and trends that inform business decisions

• Develop and maintain complex data models, dashboards, and reports using SQL, R, Python, and other data analysis tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
• Work with junior analysts to mentor and train them on advanced data analysis techniques and tools
• Develop and present data-driven recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
• Identify and prioritize areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions to address them
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field

• 4+ years of experience in data analysis, consulting, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in SQL, R, Python, and other data analysis tools
• Experience working with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working with large datasets and developing data-driven solutions to complex problems

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a related field

• Experience working with machine learning algorithms and natural language processing
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud
• Experience working with agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git
• Certification in data analysis or visualization (e.g. Certified Data Analyst, Certified Data Scientist)
