Job Summary

As an IT Business Analyst, you will be responsible for providing IT administration, project management, and support to ensure the operational efficiency of our critical systems that support our airport communication spaces for arenaflex's IT Offices Group. You will work closely with our IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements, manage projects, and ensure compliance with corporate standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide IT administration, project management, and support to ensure the operational efficiency of our critical systems that support our airport communication spaces for arenaflex's IT Offices Group.

• Manage and maintain our server farm and data center infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network components.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to identify and implement new technologies and solutions.
• Ensure compliance with corporate standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Manage and coordinate projects, including project planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
• Provide proactive and break-fix support for IT-related issues, including troubleshooting and resolving problems.
• Collaborate with IT teams to develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and stakeholders to ensure timely and effective delivery of services.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in IT, with a focus on server farm and data center management.
• Strong knowledge of server farm and data center infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network components.
• Experience with project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex IT-related issues.
• Experience with IT service management frameworks, including ITIL.
• Strong understanding of IT security principles and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• 10+ years of experience in IT, with a focus on server farm and data center management.
• Experience with cloud computing and virtualization technologies.
• Experience with IT service management tools, including ServiceNow and BMC Helix.
• Experience with IT security frameworks, including NIST and ISO 27001.
• Strong knowledge of IT compliance and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and PCI-DSS.
