Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack IT Business Analyst to join our team in a remote capacity. As an IT Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cloud and data center infrastructure, providing expert support and guidance to our IT teams, and driving business growth through strategic planning and project management.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide expert IT administration of cloud and data center infrastructure, including project management, support, and maintenance

• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud and data center infrastructure with other business systems
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and innovation
• Manage and maintain accurate documentation of IT services, including procurement, installation, and maintenance of hardware and software
• Ensure compliance with all governing corporate policies and regulations
• Provide proactive and break-fix support for alert/ticket remediation connected with offices, data centers, labs, and server farm gear
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging experimentation and learning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure best-in-class services and support
• Provide expert advice and guidance to IT teams on cloud and data center infrastructure management best practices
• Develop and implement plans to ensure the functional maintainability of air terminal basic climate framework

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Business Analysis, with a focus on cloud and data center infrastructure management
• Strong understanding of cloud and data center infrastructure, including server farm technology and basic offices framework
• Proven experience in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize business needs
• Experience with IT service management tools and technologies, including ticketing systems and project management software
• Strong understanding of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) principles and best practices

Preferred Qualifications

* ITIL certification or equivalent experience

• Experience with cloud-based infrastructure management tools and technologies
• Strong understanding of data center infrastructure management best practices
• Experience with IT service management frameworks and methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize business needs
• Experience with project management software and tools, including Asana, Jira, or Trello
