Job Summary

arenaflex is seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives, working from the comfort of their own homes.   • Maintain and update customer records in the database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues, ensuring a seamless and efficient resolution process.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Must reside in Georgia, USA.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in computer use, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, with a high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
