As a Business Examiner, you'll play a critical role in helping us achieve our goals by collaborating with our IT teams to drive business success.

About the Role

As an Experienced Business Examiner, you'll be responsible for gathering, creating, planning, and maintaining business requirements for various projects or systems from inception to final execution, ensuring that requirements meet guidelines. You'll work closely with our Business and IT teams to identify, develop, test, and engineer solutions that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Gathering, creating, planning, and maintaining business requirements for different projects or systems from inception to final execution, ensuring that requirements meet guidelines
• Investigating, planning, and maintaining creation frameworks/programs/applications
• Assisting in the support and communication of task status reports and tracking
• Providing effective project cycles and expectations to abbreviate the task life cycle, where relevant
• Working with application support and development teams to fix software bugs and raised issues
• Leading goal to issues with communicating systems based on various technologies
• Participating in regular project status reviews
• Converting high-level client requirements into executable, detailed client stories to enable development
• Maintaining the product backlog
• Leading planning meetings with teams to focus on work in upcoming sprints
• Embracing diverse individuals, thinking, and styles
• Reliably making health and safety, of self and others, the priority

What You'll Need to Succeed

To excel in this role, you'll need:

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Experience creating requirements and test scenarios for automated test suites
• Demonstrated expertise with Agile or other rapid application development methodologies
• Ability to apply relevant technical cycles to suitable business needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with executives, staff, and clients
• Capacity to work independently to achieve exceptional results
• Outstanding logical and critical thinking abilities
• Energy to proactively direct and drive activities within a team environment
• Ability to convey quality work on time and translate planning into action by following established systems or philosophies
