Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service or a related field is a plus

• Proven experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in the airline industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
