Job Summary

As an Experienced Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients and patients. You will be responsible for handling high-volume customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information to our customers. This is a remote position, and you will work from the comfort of your own home, using our state-of-the-art technology to stay connected with our team and customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Utilize arenaflex's solution information entry strategies and rules to process new patient enrollment by entering information into our proper framework.

  • Handle patient medication requests within HIPAA guidelines and enter top-off orders for handling.
  • Investigate to obtain missing medication data, and decipher clinical shortened forms (SIG codes).
  • Settle all information entry-related exceptions.
  • Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and settle outbound decisions to prescribers and patients depending on the situation.
  • Settle Outsider Oddballs by inspecting, gathering data, making adjustments, and resubmitting for handling as indicated by individual arrangement necessities.
  • Settle on phone decisions to guarantors and others to acquire data, gain supersede endorsement, or in any case settle the Outsider Oddballs.
  • Provide support to Pharmacists, both those in the office and those in different areas.
  • Recognize and convey issues to senior-level staff as fitting.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Essential level computer skills (e.g., start and close down computer, use the mouse to point and click, start and close programs, switch between programs, save files, print reports, and access data online).
  • Essential web search tools skills to include opening a program, composing in URLs in the right area, using a web search engine, bookmarking a webpage, exploring using back/forward/stop buttons, and completing forms online.
  • Middle-level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing reports).
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
  • 18 years old or older.

Preferred Qualifications

* At least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience in a retail or call center environment.

  • At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a certification/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacy or broadly recognized certification office.
  • Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including fulfilling quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction.
  • Halfway to cutting-edge level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing reports).
  • Familiarity with Spanish and English.
