Job Summary

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our team's efforts to drive success. This role requires a strong and diverse skillset, with a focus on data entry, research, and communication. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that all data is accurate, up-to-date, and securely stored. Key Responsibilities

* Research and respond to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner

  • Enter data into our system with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure that all data is accurate, up-to-date, and securely stored
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients and stakeholders
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data management and entry

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing in a health care or health insurance environment

  • Experience in provider outreach, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions
  • Data entry and/or typing experience
  • Interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft suite
  • Detail-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree

  • 5 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing
  • 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
