Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Assistant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Processing incoming orders and returns with accuracy and efficiency
  • Preparing and sorting documents for data entry, ensuring timely completion of tasks
  • Reviewing and entering data updates in our systems, maintaining data integrity and consistency
  • Identifying and resolving discrepancies in data received, ensuring data quality and accuracy
  • Organizing monthly sales reporting, providing valuable insights to our team
  • Performing various office tasks, including administrative support and data management

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in data entry or related fields, with a strong understanding of data management principles
  • Excellent typing skills, with the ability to maintain high accuracy and speed
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and other related tools, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems

Preferred Qualifications
