Job Summary

We are seeking an Experienced Data Entry Operator to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for collecting and entering data into our company databases and computer systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. You will work closely with our Data Manager and data team to maintain accurate records and provide timely support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits

  • Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry
  • Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output
  • Researching and obtaining further information for incomplete documents
  • Scanning documents and printing files, when needed
  • Keeping information confidential
  • Responding to queries for information and accessing relevant files
  • Complying with data integrity and security policies
  • Ensuring proper use of office equipment and addressing any malfunctions

Essential Qualifications

* Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk

  • Experience with MS Office and data programs
  • Familiarity with administrative duties
  • Experience using office equipment, like fax machines and scanners
  • Typing speed and accuracy
  • Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation
  • Attention to detail
  • Confidentiality
  • Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
  • High school diploma; additional computer training or certification will be an asset

* Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment
