We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist - Live Chat and Email to join our team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through live chat and email interactions. You will work closely with customers to identify and resolve technical issues, provide solutions, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to incoming chats and emails from customers in a timely and professional manner

Essential Qualifications
