Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Agent on our night shift team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting Clients: Provide high-quality support to clients through chat, email, and the Help Center portal, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Utilizing Galileo and Amadeus Systems: Manage bookings, add ancillaries, process refunds, and reissue tickets using Galileo and Amadeus systems.
  • Collaborating with Team Members: Work closely with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and provide accurate and current information to clients.
  • Staying Updated: Stay informed about industry changes and company policies to provide the best possible support to clients.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum of 2 Years of Experience: Proven experience with Galileo or Amadeus, with a focus on reissuing and refunding tickets.
  • Fluent English: Excellent spoken and written English skills, including the ability to respond in chatboxes.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in writing and speaking, with a focus on providing accurate and current information to clients.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on ensuring high-quality support to clients.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Willingness to Learn: Demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and industry changes.

Shift Details

Our night shift team operates from 15:30-24:00 CET, Tuesday to Saturday, or Sunday to Thursday, with a margin of +/- one hour to fit your schedule. This flexible schedule allows you to balance work with personal commitments and enjoy a healthy work-life balance.
