Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Team Member at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through:
- Helping customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
- Providing a fast and friendly checkout experience, executing cash handling to standards
- Engaging customers on the benefits of our Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, and completing enrollments
- Educating customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
- Assisting with Omni-channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
- Participating in the truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
- Responsible for completing merchandise recovery and maintenance, including the merchandise return/go back process and general store recovery to ensure a well-merchandised and in-stock store
- Performing Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned
- Supporting shrink and safety programs
- Adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements; executing Company policies and standards
- Interacting with others in an accepting and respectful manner; remaining positive and respectful, even in difficult situations; promoting commitment to the organization's vision and values; projecting a positive image and serving as a role model for other Team Members
- Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production
Preferred Qualifications:
We're looking for candidates with:
- Retail and/or customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and early mornings
Physical Requirements:
As a Customer Service Team Member, you'll need to be able to:
- Remain standing for long periods of time
- Move throughout the store
- Regularly bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch
- Lift heavy boxes and access high shelves by ladder or similar equipment
