Role Highlights

* Competitive hourly rate of $18.50 per hour

  • Opportunity to earn a $310 certification bonus for becoming a TurboTax Product Expert
  • Flexible scheduling with the ability to work from 8am EST to 12am midnight EST, Monday to Sunday
  • Fast 20-hour certification program to get you up to speed quickly
  • No prior tax experience required - we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed
  • Turbo Bonus Boost of $5.00 per hour, available from April 9th to 15th, with unlimited hours available (must work a minimum of 8 hours each day on April 13th, 14th, and 15th to qualify)
  • Minimum 30 hours per week required, with the option to work more if you'd like
  • Dedicated Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Marketplace Performance Specialist (MPS) support to help you excel in your role

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative - Remote, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and answering questions related to arenaflex products and services
  • Building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and delivering personalized solutions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer experiences
  • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and informed support
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and expertise

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate solutions clearly and empathetically
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications) preferred

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset in this role:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • Experience with arenaflex products and services, or a similar industry
  • Certification in customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Fluency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer bases
