Experienced Customer Service Representative – Automotive Parts Specialist

Position Overview
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for customers and play an essential role in ensuring smooth operations within the business. You will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers with their needs, providing exceptional customer service, and operating forklifts to load and unload auto parts. You will also be required to assist customers in identifying and locating additional parts, process customer payments accurately, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet and assist customers with their needs as they arrive at our location
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and directing customers to the correct parts
- Operate forklifts to load and unload auto parts, both manually and with assistance of machinery
- Assist customers in identifying and locating additional parts as needed, including looking up part numbers or checking inventory
- Process customer payments accurately using our point-of-sale system
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, both in the customer service area and in the warehouse
- Perform other data entry tasks as needed to support the daily operations of the business, including updating inventory, entering part orders, and assisting with other administrative duties
Qualifications
* Previous customer service experience preferred (auto parts experience a plus)
- Ability to operate a forklift or willingness to learn (training provided)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with a team and customers
- Basic computer skills for looking up parts, processing payments, and performing data entry tasks
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be able to work full-time (Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm)
