Job Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing prompt, accurate, and professional service to internal and external customers through various channels, including in-person, electronic, and telephone interactions.
- Handling complex customer situations, including resolving complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Assisting with special projects, training, and coaching as needed to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and ensuring that all working practices are compliant with arenaflex's policies, procedures, and regulatory rules.
- Scheduling and following up on payment arrangements for delinquent accounts, coordinating disconnections for non-payment, and scheduling re-connects.
- Demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers in a fast-paced environment.
- Setting priorities, planning, and coordinating work activities to accomplish work objectives.
- Collaborating with field personnel, field managers, and other departments as needed to ensure seamless customer service.
Accountabilities:
* Review applications, collect deposits, process credits/misc charges, code accounts, and track new services.
- Assist in the walk-in site as needed.
- Assist with more difficult customer issues.
- Provide assistance to field personnel and field managers as well as other departments as needed.
- Maintain accurate customer records.
- Schedule and follow up on payment arrangements for delinquent accounts.
- Coordinate disconnections for non-payment and schedule re-connects.
Education and Experience:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and accounting or billing software required.
- Minimum of three years of call center or customer service experience required.
- Experience with electronic data storage processes required.
- Valid driver's license required.
