Job Summary
We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating customer equipment repairs, working closely with repair technicians, manufacturing, and logistics personnel to ensure seamless communication and timely resolution of customer issues. Responsibilities
- Oversee customer repair requests from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of customer issues.
- Work with Repair Techs to schedule and prioritize customer repairs, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing downtime.
- Ensure invoices are accurate and sent to customers in a timely manner, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Run reports and analyze data to recommend process changes that improve productivity and efficiency.
- Participate in and/or lead improvement activities to meet/exceed service goals, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's Degree and 2-5 years of customer service experience, or a combination of education and experience with demonstrated accomplishments.
- Excellent attention to detail, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including customers, repair technicians, and internal teams.
- A self-starter mentality, with a willingness to take ownership of customer issues and drive resolution.
- The ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
