Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Lead at arenaflex, you will be responsible for leading day-to-day customer service initiatives, inspiring and motivating associates to provide exceptional customer service, and ensuring a customer-first focus is a top priority. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Modeling company core values, arenaflex philosophy, and back of house standards and execution strategies for the rest of the receiving team
- Driving improvement of friendliness, speed of checkout, and customer feedback surveys by maintaining a customer-first focus and delivering a consistently great experience to all customers with a high level of professionalism
- Maintaining a neat and orderly front end area, troubleshooting issues with registers and transactions
- Coordinating meal and break periods and monitoring schedule adherence
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must be able to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required. You must also be physically able to lift and move boxes weighing 40 lbs. or more, as well as stand and walk for extended periods of time.
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire associates
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
