Job Description

- Handle customer inquiries about products, orders, cancellations, refunds, and more via email. - Action requests in our systems, including order cancellations, refunds, and changes to customer accounts. - Ensure timely and professional communication that aligns with our brand voice and customer service guidelines. - Develop a thorough understanding of our products and business to provide accurate information and solutions. - Identify patterns in customer issues and proactively suggest improvements to our processes. - Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.

Requirements
