Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join our Chemical Division at arenaflex's Roger Milliken Center in Spartanburg, SC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our customers, and ensuring seamless order management from entry to delivery and invoicing. Your expertise will be invaluable in maintaining a positive business environment, both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, both internally and externally
  • Acting as a liaison and advocate for customers within all departments
  • Monitoring accuracy of reporting and order information, reviewing customer complaints, and implementing countermeasures

Essential Qualifications

* Relevant customer service and/or sales experience

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated performance in designing service-related improvements for customers

Preferred Qualifications

* SAP experience

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree
