Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Call Center Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering inbound phone calls and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Assisting customers with their questions and providing solutions to their problems
- Recognizing and following call flows with scripts to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Researching and reviewing information to provide accurate and up-to-date answers to customer questions
- Identifying and escalating appropriate issues to management for resolution
- Clearly documenting call information and encounters in call logs
- Recognizing and alerting management of risk and trends
- Maintaining a professional demeanor and adhering to scheduled tasks
Basic Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following basic qualifications:
- 2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment
- Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficiency with computers and data entry experience
- Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams) experience
Work From Home Requirements
As a remote worker with arenaflex, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Connect to modem/router with provided Ethernet cord
- Internet access sufficient to handle calls received via the Internet
- Quiet and private remote work location
- Must reside and work at the address provided (no coffee shops, friend's houses, etc.)
Bonus Points
If you have experience working in a virtual environment, meeting key metrics, or working with multiple monitors, you'll be at an advantage in this role. Additionally, if you have experience working with transaction processing systems, you'll be well-suited for this position.
