As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing transactions and relationships with our valued sellers and customers, providing elite service, and ensuring that our customers have a seamless experience. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Managing transactions and relationships with our valued sellers and customers, providing elite service and ensuring that our customers have a seamless experience.
- Responding to a broad range of event and order-related questions from customers, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Investigating instances in which customer experience has been affected, determining where fault lies, and resolving issues fairly and constructively.
- Handling day-to-day interactions with sellers beyond the scope of traditional customer service responsibilities.
- Navigating order queue and determining what requires attention to provide real-time assistance.
- Playing an active role in continued learnings to advance skill sets necessary for individual and team goals.
- Managing in-bound seller calls regarding a wide range of questions and monitoring open and pending orders to ensure timely confirmation by ticket sellers.

Work Schedule
We offer a hybrid work schedule, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. Our Nights and Weekends team works a variety of shifts, including:
- Monday-Friday, 1:30pm-10:00pm (with Tuesday/Wednesday off)
- Monday-Friday, 1:30pm-10:00pm (with Wednesday/Thursday off)
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of $40,000 per year, with overtime eligibility. You will also be eligible for bi-annual bonuses and an annual equity grant. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan.
