Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service and Data Entry Assistant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

Qualifications

  • Experience using computers and software: Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other software applications, with a strong understanding of computer systems and technology.
  • Experience using basic standard office equipment: Familiarity with photocopiers, computers, and printers, with the ability to operate them efficiently.
  • QuickBooks knowledge: Experience using QuickBooks or similar accounting software, with a strong understanding of financial management and accounting principles.
  • The ability to write clearly: Strong writing skills, with the ability to write clear, concise, and engaging content.
  • A typing speed of at least 50 words per minute: High-speed typing skills, with the ability to enter data accurately and efficiently.
  • A high school diploma: A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in mathematics, English, and computer skills.
  • The ability to work well with cross-functional teams: Experience working with executive leadership, management, and other teams, with a strong understanding of collaboration and teamwork.
