Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in building strong customer relationships and providing outstanding support through live chat and email. You'll be the face of our company, and your exceptional communication skills, product knowledge, and problem-solving abilities will make a significant impact on our customers' experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service through live chat and email, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or customer service) preferred
