Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for handling multiple customer touchpoints, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional experiences. Key Responsibilities

* Handle multiple customer-facing service situations, including general inquiries, payment issues, and account-related questions * Resolve customer disputes and concerns in a timely and professional manner * Perform tasks independently with minimal supervision, prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines * Answer internal and external emails and calls, providing status updates and information regarding escalated issues * Effectively manage customer conflict while under pressure, demonstrating patience, empathy, and respect * Answer non-routine questions that require deviation from standardized procedures * Interact and communicate with management across all lines of the business regarding customer concerns * Assure the highest level of customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and follow-up

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred * 2+ years of work experience in customer service, customer care, or dispute resolution * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to talk and write with confidence, charisma, and competence for a wide variety of audiences * Organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and re-prioritize multiple projects and deadlines * Detail-oriented and passionate about delivering exceptional results * Ability to listen actively and respond thoughtfully, with a focus on understanding customer concerns * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively * Ability to work in a high-functioning team environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools * Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR)) * Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages
