We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative/Cashier. As the face of arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries, and processing transactions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. As a Customer Service Representative/Cashier at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:- Greeting customers in a professional and friendly manner, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience
- Scheduling appointments, collecting vehicle and customer information, and preparing R.O.'s (Repair Orders)
- Arranging towing and temporary transportation, and maintaining automotive records by recording problems
- Keeping the customer service area clean and orderly, and processing customer invoices and payments
- Completing customer appointment reminder process, and stocking parts and supplies
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and abilities:- Light lifting (no more than 50 lbs.)
- Basic data entry and computer skills
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive, friendly demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Auto industry experience preferred but not required
Training and Support
