Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree or higher is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of customer service or support experience, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with computer systems and software applications, particularly CRM tools, and chat support platforms.
