Job Responsibilities

As a Chat Support Representative - Seasonal Work From Home, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Handling inbound customer chats and emails, assisting with order placements, tracking, updates, and cancellations
• Addressing and resolving customer inquiries regarding orders, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
