Job Summary

As a Chat Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving technical issues and providing solutions to customers via live chat
  • Providing product information, pricing, and availability to customers
  • Accurately documenting customer interactions in our CRM system
  • Collaborating with internal teams, such as sales and technical support, to resolve customer issues
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including first response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction

Responsibilities

* Respond to Customer Inquiries: Answer customer live chats in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that customers receive prompt and accurate responses to their inquiries.

  • Resolve Technical Issues: Resolve technical issues and provide solutions to customers via live chat, utilizing your technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues.
  • Provide Product Information: Offer product information, pricing, and availability to customers, ensuring that customers have access to accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Document Customer Interactions: Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring that customer information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work with internal teams, such as sales and technical support, to resolve customer issues and ensure seamless communication.
  • Meet Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction, to ensure that customers receive exceptional service.

Requirements

* High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required

  • Customer Service Experience: 0-1 year of customer service experience (entry-level)
  • Technical Knowledge: Basic technical knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically, with the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Reliable Internet Connection: A reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps
  • Quiet and Dedicated Workspace: A quiet and dedicated workspace with minimal distractions

What We Offer

* Competitive Salary: A competitive salary range of $35,000 - $50,000 per year (full-time) or $15 - $25 per hour (part-time)

Technical Requirements

* Operating System: Windows 10 or macOS High Sierra (or later)

  • Headset: Noise-cancelling headset for clear communication

Available Shifts and Compensation

Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation depends on your experience.
