Job Summary
As a Cloud Representative, you will be responsible for driving client success by understanding their needs, educating them on the benefits of arenaflex's cloud services, and supporting them through the cloud adoption process. This is a full-time, remote-based position that requires a strong skillset in relevant areas, including sales, marketing, and customer engagement. You will be compensated with a competitive salary for your time and effort.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer client inquiries promptly to accelerate their cloud adoption process
- Build a robust AWS leads database by engaging with clients through phone, email, and live chat
- Educate clients at the beginning of their cloud journey and move them from warm or low interest to active interest; training to thought
- Support leads with tailored messaging to increase client understanding of AWS services and highlight significant client use cases
- Through sustain efforts, create higher-value leads resulting in higher conversion rates
- Participate in a team to lead global cross-functional MRC projects, driving operational excellence and better client experience
Essential Capabilities
* Four-year degree in a relevant field
- 4+ years of work experience in Sales, Marketing, or customer engagement roles *OR* relevant education foundation
Preferred Capabilities
* AWS Cloud Specialist Certificate/AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Partner
- Technical foundation in Designing, Software Engineering, or MIS
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of existing and emerging technologies related to cloud computing: comprehend and recognize potential opportunities for clients
- Demonstrated success in managing time and juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment where needs shift quickly
- Ability to manage uncertainty
- Work experience in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization - cutting-edge products/services preferred
- Ability to listen attentively to clients, identify needs, and ask clarifying/questions
- Clear, concise, and confident communicator through phone or chat
- Quick learner with a strong interest in cloud computing
- Ability to think critically and structure responses
