Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients' customers, providing efficient, effective, and empathetic support through phone, email, and social media channels. You'll work closely with our client to answer questions, book guests on boating excursions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. This is a seasonal position, with varying schedules and shifts available.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and social media channels, ensuring a positive experience for our clients' customers

  • Answer questions and book guests on boating excursions, utilizing our client's booking systems and software
  • Maintain accurate records and update customer information in our client's database
  • Collaborate with our client's team to resolve issues and provide support as needed
  • Utilize social media channels to engage with customers, respond to feedback, and provide support
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple responsibilities and timelines
  • Maintain a high level of productivity and accuracy, meeting or exceeding performance standards

Qualifications and Requirements

* 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or remote support role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customers and teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues independently
  • Experience with Fareharbor, Zendesk, Aircall, or Talkdesk, and Slack is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and AI is a bonus
  • Fluency in oral and written English; second language is a plus
  • Dedicated and dependable work ethic, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering results
  • Quiet, distraction-free workspace in your home that includes a door that closes
  • Direct connection from computer to router/modem via Ethernet cable (no satellite or wireless Internet (WiFi))
  • Strong and consistent Internet bandwidth: 50 Mbps download speed and 5 Mbps upload or faster from a reliable provider
