Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative on our Amazon Virtual Customer Service team, you will play a vital role in providing world-class support to Amazon customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will be responsible for resolving customer concerns, addressing inquiries, and delivering solutions with empathy and professionalism. Key Responsibilities

* Provide timely and professional support to Amazon customers through various communication channels (phone, email, chat)

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous customer service experience (remote experience a plus)
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
