Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Work closely with our internal teams to identify and address customer pain points, and develop solutions to improve our customer service processes
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce resolution times

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Experience with customer service software and tools, such as CRM systems and ticketing software
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or psychology

* 2+ years of experience in a leadership or management role, with a focus on customer service or operations
