Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex customer issues in a timely and professional manner. You will be responsible for handling inbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, and providing solutions to customers in a positive and empathetic way. Key Responsibilities

- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution (FCR) and customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve customer service skills and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet or exceed performance metrics
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues
- Proficiency in Windows-based applications, including Microsoft Office and CRM software
Preferred Qualifications
* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
