Job Description
As an Associate Analyst IT CTS, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and service to arenaflex crewmembers. Your primary duties will include:
Offering help
for all arenaflex equipment/applications, including communication and cell phones
Providing magnificent on-site and remote customer service
for arenaflex crewmembers
Organizing the goal of episodes/demands
from start to finish with internal and external resources
Screening and supporting systems

Keeping up with and upholding client access
*
Working with software bundle rollouts and support
*
Team[ing] up with all Data Innovation (IT) disciplines
*
Attempting to achieve first-contact resolution
with all issues
Keeping up with documentation of solicitations per arenaflex norms

Keeping up with and refreshing information base documentation
with the most significant data
Organizing reaction for significant occurrences and blackouts

Located in Montego Narrows, Jamaica
(but should make regular visits to Kingston, Jamaica)
Essential Experience and Capabilities

Secondary School Confirmation or General Instruction Improvement (GED) Certificate
* Experience supporting most recent working frameworks, or successful completion of IT for Everybody certificate via Coursera *
Experience carrying out and supporting applications

Accessible for short-term travel (up to half)
* Possessing legitimate travel reports with the capacity to go all through Jamaica and the US *
