• Proposing new alternatives to identify candidates and enhance our recruitment strategies
• Identifying opportunities for improvement in the area's current processes and implementing changes to optimize efficiency
• Managing notices in various job portals and evaluating candidates who apply to our open searches
• Identifying and analyzing professional profiles in job portals for our ongoing searches

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• At least 1 year of work experience in a related field
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal relationships, with the ability to build strong connections with colleagues and clients
• Proactivity and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• A high level of attention to detail in daily tasks, with a focus on accuracy and precision
