Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent certification

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on empathy, active listening, and problem-solving
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Reliable private internet connection, with a minimum speed of 5Mbps (10+ Mbps preferred)
  • Secure home office environment, free from background noise and distractions

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, psychology)

  • Experience working in a financial services or banking environment
