We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our team in a remote/hybrid role. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for building customer relationships by responding to a high volume of INBOUND phone calls, working with customers and Sales team members daily in a team-based environment, and using a computer and multiple computer programs with periods of sitting up to 8 hours per day. - Build customer relationships by responding to a high volume of INBOUND phone calls.
- Work with customers and Sales team members daily in a team-based environment.
- Use a computer and multiple computer programs with periods of sitting up to 8 hours per day.
- Resolve customers' challenges by using all resources for account selection, product identification, order placement, and order management.
- Resolve pricing and invoicing discrepancies, apply credit, and implement return procedures.
Essential Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience.
- Ability to commute to our facility from your home.
- A secure workspace at home dedicated to job activity.
- Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs at once.
- Stable internet with ability to provide proof of internet speeds greater than 5 megabits per second upload, 15 megabits per second download, and ping less than 80 milliseconds.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center environment.
- Knowledge of customer service software and systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards.
