As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in building customer relationships, resolving challenges, and providing exceptional service.

Job Description:

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Agent to join our team in a remote/hybrid environment. As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Building customer relationships by responding to a high volume of INBOUND phone calls
  • Working with customers and Sales team members daily in a team-based environment
  • Using a computer and multiple computer programs with periods of sitting up to 8 hours per day
  • Resolving customers' challenges by using all resources for account selection, product identification, order placement, and order management
  • Resolving pricing and invoicing discrepancies, applying credit, and implementing return procedures

Responsibilities:

* Respond to a high volume of INBOUND phone calls from customers, providing exceptional service and resolving their challenges

  • Collaborate with Sales team members to ensure seamless customer interactions and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Use multiple computer programs to navigate and resolve customer inquiries, including account selection, product identification, order placement, and order management
  • Resolve pricing and invoicing discrepancies, apply credit, and implement return procedures to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work with customers to resolve issues and provide solutions that meet their needs

Requirements:

* High School diploma or equivalent

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Ability to commute to our facility from your home
  • A secure workspace at home dedicated to job activity
  • Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs at once
  • Stable internet with ability to provide proof of internet speeds greater than 5 megabits per second upload, 15 megabits per second download, and ping less than 80 milliseconds

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a call center or customer-facing environment

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Familiarity with inventory management and order fulfillment processes
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
