Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing top-notch support across various channels, including phone, email, and live chat. You'll play a crucial role in enhancing the overall customer experience by delivering prompt and personalized assistance while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

* Communicate with customers, suppliers, and associates verbally and/or in writing to resolve issues and provide support

• Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide top-notch support across various channels
• Verify freight and purchase orders to ensure accuracy and correctness
• Correct items on purchase orders and ensure problem freight is accounted for and keyed
• Investigate and resolve problems to allow non-problem freight to be acquired simultaneously
• Move problem freight manually or with powered equipment
• Model the arenaflex values to foster a culture of excellence, integrity, and customer satisfaction
• Hold oneself accountable and facilitate arenaflex's commitment to communities, social justice, organizational social responsibility, and sustainability
• Demonstrate a growth mindset, facilitate innovation, and take smart risks to drive business growth and improvement

Key Qualifications

* 6 months of experience with arenaflex Logistics, including clerical-related responsibilities and the use of computer applications (e.g., email, spreadsheets, word processing)

• OR 1 year of experience developing files, documents, spreadsheets, and datasets using computer applications (e.g., MS-Word, Excel)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
• Proficiency in using computer applications, including email, spreadsheets, and word processing
