Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the friendly voice that represents arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our customers through phone, email, and chat support. You'll be responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding customers through our products and services. Key Responsibilities

* Answering customer calls, emails, and chat requests in a timely and professional manner

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
