Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the friendly voice that represents arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our customers through phone, email, and chat support. You'll be responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding customers through our products and services. If you're a strong communicator, a problem-solver, and a team player, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Answering customer calls, emails, and chat requests in a timely and professional manner

  • Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and addressing customer concerns
  • Guiding customers through our products and services, ensuring they have a seamless experience
  • Scheduling service requests and dispatching technicians as needed
  • Performing office support tasks, such as scanning, filing, and data entry
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services

Essential Qualifications

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a telecommunications or related industry

  • Familiarity with telecommunications products and services
  • Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
