Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Translation Program Specialist to join our Shipping & Delivery Support (SDS) team. As a key member of our global content localization team, you'll be responsible for managing translation projects, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality translations to meet the needs of our customers. If you have a proven track record in project management, localization, and intercultural communication, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

* Receive daily translation/localization requests from internal team and stakeholders, and create and manage translation projects in the arenaflex Translation Management System (ATMS) by outsourcing to vendors.

• Coordinate and communicate project delivery timelines based on project volumes, and translation/review process needs.
• Troubleshoot issues or questions regarding target audience, file type, and business requirements.
• Respond to linguistic queries from translation vendors, request feedback from internal stakeholders, and coordinate with vendors for implementation.
• Use project management methodology, including risk management, to plan, scope, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard, ensuring they meet the requirements of the business.

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in project management and localization.

• Excellent business communication skills.
• Experience working in a global, cross-functional, multilingual team.
• Proven ability to comprehend complex technical concepts and processes.
• Demonstrated project management experience, and the organizational discipline to track and manage work for several complex projects simultaneously.
• Proven ability to make quick decisions in ambiguous situations, a record of extraordinary attention to detail, and strengths in Dive Deep and Learn and Be Curious.

* Proven ability to learn new software, concepts, and processes.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, with a base pay range of $56,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $118,900/year in our highest geographic market. Our total compensation package includes:
