What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will:

• Handle inbound calls and make outbound sales inquiries using advanced contact center technology
• Resolve customer issues and provide technical support
• Identify sales opportunities and apply sales skills to upgrade customer accounts
• Explain and position products and services during customer interactions
• Ensure first call resolution through effective problem-solving and call handling

What Is Required (Qualifications):

To be successful in this role, you will need:
