Job Summary

As a Text Chat Operator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for responding to live chat messages from customers on our clients' websites, providing top-notch assistance, and resolving issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to live chat messages from customers on our clients' websites, providing timely and accurate assistance

  • Utilize arenaflex's proprietary tools and technology to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or customer service) preferred

  • 0-2 years of customer service experience, with a strong focus on live chat or phone support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer bases
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
  • Reliable internet connection and a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions
  • Availability for 10+ hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's proprietary tools and technology, or similar customer support platforms
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages
