Key Responsibilities
As a Collision Repair Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Scheduling maintenance and ensuring timely completion of tasks
- Liaising between Customer Claim Specialists and the Body Shop to resolve customer issues
- Preparing vehicles for arrival, including WARP and CCC management
- Coordinating with customers to manage expectations and provide updates on vehicle status
- Coordinating rental arrangements and handoffs
- Updating vehicle records and reordering materials and components as needed
- Providing repair overviews and delivering vehicles to customers
What You'll Bring
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A certificate from a vocational school in collision repair (preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders
- Microsoft Office experience (preferred)
- A willingness to teach and train others
- Comfort working in a collision repair environment
- Ability to work independently in a low-supervision environment
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in collision repair or a related field
- Strong knowledge of collision repair procedures and industry standards
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
