Key Responsibilities

As a Collision Repair Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Scheduling maintenance and ensuring timely completion of tasks
  • Liaising between Customer Claim Specialists and the Body Shop to resolve customer issues
  • Preparing vehicles for arrival, including WARP and CCC management
  • Coordinating with customers to manage expectations and provide updates on vehicle status
  • Coordinating rental arrangements and handoffs
  • Updating vehicle records and reordering materials and components as needed
  • Providing repair overviews and delivering vehicles to customers

What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A certificate from a vocational school in collision repair (preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions
  • Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders
  • Microsoft Office experience (preferred)
  • A willingness to teach and train others
  • Comfort working in a collision repair environment
  • Ability to work independently in a low-supervision environment
  • Must be at least 18 years of age

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in collision repair or a related field

  • Strong knowledge of collision repair procedures and industry standards
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer-facing role

  • Knowledge of WARP and CCC management systems
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Certification in collision repair or a related field
