Responsibilities
As a Technical Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our diverse range of customers, from small businesses to large enterprises. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Interacting with customers via phone, email, and chat to troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions
- Gathering and analyzing customer feedback to contribute directly to product improvements

Key Skills and Qualifications

Based in Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia, or New Zealand
Communication:

Technical Background:
Previous experience in technical support
Startup Experience:
Previous experience in a startup environment or software company (preferred)
