Responsibilities:

As a Technical Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Utilizing our ticketing system to communicate and document issues, ensuring seamless communication with our clients
  • Managing your ticket queue daily to ensure all tickets are updated and effectively resolved, meeting our high standards for customer satisfaction
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting simple and complex issues for IT hardware and software by utilizing remote access tools, automation scripts, and monitoring platforms
  • Following standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency in your work
  • Supporting departmental goals such as Quality, Customer Satisfaction, and Key Metrics, contributing to our team's success
  • Adhering to our work schedule and maintaining excellent attendance, demonstrating your commitment to our team
  • Demonstrating teamwork and collaboration on team projects and initiatives, working closely with our cross-functional teams

Requirements:

To succeed as a Technical Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • 1-3+ years of Customer Service / Technical Support Experience (Help Desk or Call Center environment is preferred)
  • Knowledge / Experience with the Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, taking initiative to resolve complex technical issues
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members
